I'd say talk to Nicole to make sure she agrees, so when you talk to Pauline you can truthfully say this isn't just your problem. That would give you a stronger standpoint, because she can't claim you are just trying to start problems with her because you don't like her. And she's better than others? Yeah, I know some people are worse but it's just one of those thoughts I'd rather not contemplate. *hug*
