nohaniiHoly cow! What is with delivery guys trying to scare me half to death?? A UPS guy just dropped off Mom's birthday present and he friggin nearly pounded the door down to let me know he was here. I'm surprised there aren't dents in my door now. Sheesh.
All this after UPS completely dropped the ball in actually delivering the darn package. I was promised it would be here on Friday the 20th, in time for me to give it to Mom while she was here this weekend. But no, it got here today. Four days later than promised and three days too late. It literally bounced back and forth between Anaheim and Vernon for four damn days before it finally got here. If they were really having that much trouble getting it to me, I could have retrieved the package myself and been home within an hour.
The good news is, Mom's jacket is here. Hopefully it fits!
I always feel weird mixing topics in a single post. I know it's "permitted," but I'd rather segregate my thoughts into separate posts. I just feel more comfortable this way. So, unless topics feed into each other, you get multiple posts, mmkay?
