(-) I apparently have to get Jewel licensed and vaccinated before moving in

(+) Animal control says the cat licensing is not required in Huntington Beach!

(+) Found a cheap place in Santa Ana to get Jewel vaccinated: rabies, 4-in-1 and feline leukemia for ~$45

(+) Whole day spent with Dan, including grocery shopping for an awesome lunch and a How I Met Your Mother marathon. <3 him!

(-) Banged my knee really hard at the gym. Now it hurts to go up and down stairs

(-) I am officially out of a job. They already have two Bio 94 tutors and not enough students to justify a third

(+) I already have a ton of vet clinic applications

(-) I should have returned them weeks ago

(+) yay 40 bucks for private tutoring

(+) yay 20 bucks for selling my physiology lab manual

(s) Pauline (AKA Persilla Queen of the Desert) managed to spill a can of my beans (that was NOT precariously placed) all over the kitchen floor. She refuses to clean it up.

(0) Persilla is finally cleaning the mess, half an hour after she made it

(s) Nevermind, she only half cleaned it, and left the rest of the sticky mess to harden!

(+) Yay, another 40 bucks for private tutoring! (in less than two hours, too!)

(+) Only have to get Jewel the rabies shot, and that's only $10!

(-) Persilla took the cans for recycling, most of which I think are mine. Now she's getting the money that I deserve

So, yeah. That's how my life has been lately. Ups one minute cancelled out by downs the next. I need a job.

Oh believe me, I do! Everyday, either Dan or I say "one more month." We're actually down to weeks now, so that's exciting (he keeps saying one more week... and 18 days).

DUDE! Do you like the beach? Come see us when we move in!
