I was really muscular in water polo, too -- remember my big shoulders? I did a lot more exercise back then, at least 2 hours a day 4 or 5 days a week. Now it's a half hour to an hour at least 3 days a week. But, I'm doing more weight lifting now and less cardio. I need more cardio. I'm working on that.
I'm just trying to be healthy. I'm seriously considering dropping this "diet" because it's not working and it takes a lot of juggling to get everything just right.
