You need more fiber--brown rice and beans are a great source. Your proportions of calorie sources look pretty good, though. Just more whole grains, or add in some flaxseed (ground or meal). It's got a lot.

Also, guess who's never had a pelvic before and probably should? Dr. M does them, doesn't she?
